In the very center of Granada, in one of the most iconic buildings listed as historic, this penthouse with unbeatable views has a spacious and elegant space where you can relax after a busy day. Fully equipped kitchenette with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, electric stove, toaster, electric kettle, electric coffee maker, cooking utensils, iron and clothesline. A large glass-enclosed terrace with views of Granada and space to sit peacefully offers the guest a very pleasant lounge area separate from the living room. In this apartment we found two bedrooms. The main one features two large windows, one of which has wonderful views of the Realejo. One of the two bathrooms in the apartment is en suite in this bedroom, which also has a window with wonderful views. The king size bed is 180 x 200 meters with a premium mattress. The second bedroom is made up of two 90 x 200-meter beds. This space is an attic, with a nice window that will let beautiful light into the room. The second bathroom also abuhardillado, has a closet where we will find the washing machine, clothesline, ironing board, etc. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed of 140 x 200 meters, so the apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests. We offer the option to leave the sofa already mounted as a bed, although if our guest prefers to do it, it will not involve any effort for the ease of the sofa to get to bed. One of the most characteristic places in Realejo is Campo del Príncipe, located 400 meters (5 minutes walk) from the apartments. Las dos camas de las habitaciones son de 150x190 con buenos colchones firmes y espuma viscolástica. Cada cama dispone de dos almohadas viscolásticas y dos normales. El apartamento cuenta con dos baños completos, uno de ellos en suite. Las duchas son a ras de suelo y el agua cae desde el techo a modo de lluvia. Los lavabos son de piedra natural. Hay una zona de pufs ideal para relajarte viendo la Smart TV con Netflix. Podrás ver todos los canales de televisión de tu país. También puedes sacar la TV de la pared y girarla para verla desde el sofá. El sofá de lino natural blanco se convierte en una gran cama con medidas de 160x200. La wifi es de alta velocidad. La climatización es por Airzone pudiendo controlar así la temperatura ideal en cada zona del apartamento. La cocina de diseño está equipada con electrodomésticos de alta gama y puedes cocinar cualquier plato en ella. Dispone de horno, microondas, nevera, congelador, lavavajillas, placa de inducción, lavadora/secadora, tostadora, cafetera Nespresso, hervidor de agua, batidora, exprimidor, etc. Ideal para familias, parejas y viajeros que buscan disfrutar de la playa, la gastronomía y el estilo de vida mediterráneo.
