Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

About 1230 m above Völlan, surrounded by forests, mountains, meadows and old farmhouses, you will find the quiet and elevated holiday apartment Judith at the idyllic Gallhof. The Gallhof is accessible via a mountain road similar to a pass road. The traditionally and modernly furnished holiday apartment offers a large balcony with a view of the Dolomites, a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, one bedroom and two bathrooms. It accommodates two people.

Nice little apartment in the middle of the Ötztal

The property is located close to Längenfeld and Sölden on the hamlet of Burgstein (~1500 m above sea level). Here you will find a beautiful view over Längenfeld. In summer, Burgstein is the ideal starting point for cyclists, hikes, climbing and cycling tours. In winter, you can reach the surrounding ski areas in 20 minutes by car. The (ski) bus stop is 2.5 km away. In the main season, a taxi runs to the stop 2 times. Restaurants and shopping in Längenfeld/Huben.

Quiet vacation apartment

The apartment is located in the basement and offers the perfect starting point for a vacation in the mountains – in a central location, but still in a quiet environment. Shopping, restaurants and cultural attractions can be reached quickly on foot or by public transport. Cars can be parked for free on the street. The hiking trail network on the Wank is right outside the front door. The bed is 1.20 m and bathroom accessories are provided for you.

The holiday apartment "Adang Ferienwohnung Fernblick" is located in Tirolo (Dorf Tirol) and overlooks the mountain. This 26 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office as well as a TV. Your private outdoor area includes a balcony that offers wonderful mountain views.

Boasting a beautiful view of the Alps, the holiday apartment "Natur Romantik Annalena" is located in Castelbello-Ciardes/Kastelbell-Tschars. The 48 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, heating as well as air conditioning.

The modern holiday accommodation Videre Lodge Double Room is located in Gargazzone/Gargazon and is ideal for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones in the mountains. The stylishly furnished, 30 m² holiday accommodation consists of a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom, and can accommodate 2 people. Amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

Sölden Apartment Stefan

Everything Comfort apartment, No premium card is included in this apartment price Tourist tax is charged on site €3.50 per person per night in summer. From January to February, our apartments are only available from Saturday to Saturday. You can view the pictures of the apartments on my homepage. Breakfast can be booked on site. €20 per person per day. Washing and drying the laundry costs €10 per wash and is not free.
