Air conditioning in the master bedroom, WiFi, dishwasher, and garage space. 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, kitchen, and a living room with terrace, ideal for four people, it also has a 135 sofa bed in the living room in case you are a few more. The cove is below the apartment, with access. Ideal for scuba diving, paddle sup, canoeing. In summer it is cool, but we have air conditioning for those extreme days.

One pool and 2 jacuzzi’s are heated throughout the whole year. Complete and luxurious finishing and parking space (Number 6B). You can avoid the stairs to the beach by using an elevator to street level.

The furniture is brand new and well equipped. It has a double room with a 150x190cm bed, secondary room with two 90x190cm trundle beds, two full bathrooms (one of them en suite), distributor hallway, living room with fully equipped kitchenette and terrace.

The property is located at the fishing port of Santa Lucia. A few meters from it is a supermarket, bakery, butcher, tobacconist, press, as well as various bars and restaurants. The historic city centre can be reached by walking along the Paseo Marítimo in 10-15 minutes. Cala Cortina beach is a 5-minute drive away, although it can also be accessed via a newly built promenade, which skirts the city's harbour.
