L'abitazione é al 3 piano di un tipico palazzo veneziano del'500. La posizione é strategica, il quartiere é tranquillo, ma vicinissimo alla via principale "Strada Nova" e al Canal Grande. A due passi dalle fermate del trasporto pubblico "Ca' d'Oro" e "Fondamente Nove", da cui si raggiungono comodamente S.Marco, S.Lucia, P.le Roma, Murano, Burano, Lido. Nella vicina "Fondamenta della Misericordia", troverete molti ristoranti (tipico, pizza, wine bar, mex, orient, etc) ed una vivace vita notturna.

Bellissima camera da letto, con bagno privato e ingresso indipendente con porta blindata. A meno di 5 minuti a piedi da Piazzale Roma o dalla stazione. Si trova al secondo piano del palazzetto, ha soffitti alti con travi a vista e pavimento in legno. Gli impianti e gli arredi sono nuovi, comodi e moderni. La stanza, luminosa e ventilata, si affaccia su una tipica corte veneziana. Dal 1570 ad oggi, ogni domenica mattina alle 10.30 i canti gregoriani dal vivo e l'incenso arrivano dentro casa 🎼🕍

Straordinaria dimora a 2 passi dal centro storico di Noale, delizioso borgo cittadino dell'entroterra veneziano, il più bello del Veneto. Adiacente alla stazione ferroviaria permette di raggiungere Venezia direttamente ed in soli 20 minuti, lasciando l'auto comodamente a casa. Vicinissima la stazione dei bus che collega le città di Padova e Treviso. Noale si trova sulla strada che porta nelle meravigliose Dolomiti, praticamente il centro naturale dell’asse Milano-Cortina
