NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in downtown Rosenheim. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

The area is suitable for both summer and winter sports enthusiasts, nature lovers and people who want to make trips. From our house there are several beautiful hiking opportunities, including to a waterfall. You can also enjoy in our garden or on your own balcony. Additional 3p room bookings are available.

Vacation bliss with a glacier view

Our house is located in a very quiet location with wonderful views of the Großvenediger, in just 5 minutes by car you are in the center of Neukirchen am GrV. or Wald in Pinzgau. The free ski bus takes guests to the Wildkogelbahn, El Dorado for skiers and snowboarders and with the "probably longest-lit natural toboggan run in the world" (14 km). We are therefore the ideal starting point for mountain hikers, skiers, cross-country skiers, cyclists and mountain bikers, or of course motorcyclists.

Get to know the stylish and warm interior, the large windows that provide a lot of light in the apartment, but above all confirm that you are in the middle of the mountains. The location is 150m from the ski lift, 100m from the supermarket and close to the village center. The living room has an attractive sitting and dining area and gives access to a large south-facing balcony. The apartment has eight beds, an open kitchen and two bathrooms. And not to forget, the private sauna.

New apartment with two bathrooms and two bedrooms. You have a spacious balcony with great views! The flat has a fully equipped kitchen and is modernly decorated. There is a sofa bed in the living room. Our house is quietly located and has a beautiful view. The ski bus stops in front of the door. The house has a ski room with ski boot dryer. The Hölzlbauer guest house is in a quiet location at an altitude of about 1700 meters and is the perfect starting point whether in winter or summer. Just a few meters away is the new Duxer X-Press, which provides easy access to the Zillerta Arena in winter. In summer for hiking or mountain bike tours in Hohe Tauern National Park. The nearest place to shop can be reached by car in a short time (in winter there is a Spar market at the lift station).

Our small apartment offers the perfect starting point to discover Krimml and the entire Zillertal. It is located in the middle of the village - a supermarket, restaurants and a bakery are within walking distance. The Krimml Waterfalls are only a 10-minute walk away. The ski bus to the Zillertal stops about 5 minutes walk. By car you need approx. 10 minutes to the nearest lift. A freely accessible ski cellar is located in the house.
