The apartment, including the Hohe Tauern Sommercard, is located in a beautiful nature reserve overlooking the mountains. 5 min drive away is the 1st ski area and cross-country trails run close to our house. The area is suitable for sports enthusiasts, nature lovers and people who want to make excursions in both summer and winter. From our house, there are several beautiful hiking possibilities, including to a waterfall. You can also enjoy our garden or your own balcony. Extra 3p room booking is possible.

Cozy apartment in the small mountain village of Krimml - perfect for skiing and recreational holidays for couples. APARTMENT: Our house is located in the center of Krimml in a quiet residential area. There are restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. The apartment has a combined kitchen/living room, a bedroom with a king-size bed, a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. Each room has windows and underfloor heating. Access to the apartment is via an external staircase (2nd floor)

Our house is located directly on the edge of the forest in idyllic tranquility, but is super connected. The bike path and the cross-country ski trail are right at the property. "Smaragdbahn" Wildkogel is within 5 minutes' reach. The studio is located in the lower part of the house with a separate entrance and directly connected carport. Your skis or bicycles also fit in there. We have furnished our lovingly furnished mini apartment mainly for our family visit and rent the periods in between.

From the hall, you reach the bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. Under the house is a spacious ski cellar with ski boot dryers and the sauna, and in summer the bicycles can be stored here. There are plenty of parking spaces around the house.

Our small apartment offers the perfect starting point to discover Krimml and the entire Zillertal. It is located in the middle of the village - a supermarket, restaurants and a bakery are within walking distance. The Krimml Waterfalls are only a 10-minute walk away. The ski bus to the Zillertal stops about 5 minutes walk. By car you need approx. 10 minutes to the nearest lift. A freely accessible ski cellar is located in the house.
