Apartment built in 2023 in a separate part of the villa! Accommodates 2 adults, and one child. Large bathroom of 10 sqm, with sauna, bathtub, shower, wc and sink. Room of about 20 sqm with a double bed. All sheets and towels are included in the price. A sofa group and kitchenette are included. You will receive a code to the door by the host the day of your arrival. You can check in as late as you want. Also electric car charging box is available at a cost per kilowatt hour. Most of the lighting is dimmable. A patio on a covered porch is available.

Around the other corner, there is a small swimming area with a sandy beach and jetty. Within 500 meters, you have access to all this as well as the opportunity for, for example, paddling, cycling and hiking. The plot is on two levels, a very private part with a large patio, sun loungers, tree swing, outdoor kitchen, barbecue and one where you can play soccer, kubb, camping etc. A dream house for nature lovers!

You are most welcome to enjoy all of Swedens four seasons at its best. Stockholm is also available (approx. 20 minutes away) with public transport!

The house has three floors and two entrances, one on the first floor and the other on the second floor. The feeling of being on countryside with it's calm nature with forest beside and lake within a few hundred meters , despite there is only half an hour or 20 km to Stockholm city. The house is surrounded by calm and relaxing nature, but still close to shops, public transports and commercial life. There is a nice lake and two beaches at 10 minutes walking distance from the house.
