Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

In the grounds of a turreted 15th century château - featured in a number of homes & interiors magazines - this beautifully converted, spacious, former stables is set in glorious gardens with views over our 10-acre truffle orchard. Full of character and charm, thick local limestone stone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during the colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining and has an uninterrupted view of the gardens.

Its special location on the banks of the Charente makes it particularly attractive, with numerous walks, swimming and water sports just a 3-minute walk away...

Charming cottage for 2, Fully equipped, linens and towels included. In a space of 3500 m², come and enjoy a peaceful oasis in order to get away from it all. Many tourist activities are nearby (beaches, Vélodyssée, Marais Poitevin, La Rochelle, Ile de Ré, Puy du Fou). You can also enjoy the heated pool (April to end of September) and take care of yourself with our additional services (Massages). The stop can also be gourmet with our boards and meals to order.

Great for quiet stays with family or friends, our accommodation is located 15 minutes from Puy du Fou to welcome you in the countryside in a village of 4 houses and 5 minutes from the Sèvre Nantaise to take nice walks on foot or by canoe. 1 hour drive, the sea, the Poitevin marsh and its Green Venice, the Doué-la-Fontaine Zoo, the troglodyte caves and the banks of the Loire allow you to discover the region. The indoor heated pool is at your disposal.

Private 4x2 swimming pool open on May 1st, solar heating, so we cannot guarantee an exact temperature.
