Historische woning 1902 "cozy house 1902"

Historical house with a great living room, dinning room and kitchen. There are 2 sleeping rooms with in total 5 beds. The neighbourhous is quit and its only a few stepts from the naional park "de kennemerduinen" 10 minutes by train to Haarlem and 30 minutes by train to the city of Amsterdam were you can have dinner or to go out. Parking for free in the street. Alleready got more then 130 enthousiastic guests in my house, they all want to come back. Alle basic shops arround the corner. SUPER!!!

This 60 m2 apartment is ideal for couples on an Europe trip, it's a true home-away-from-home. And it's the perfect spot to explore the city of Utrecht from. Besides this it's also a perfect apartment for couples on a working holiday, because of the two separate work places, 1 in the bedroom and 1 in the living room. A lovely mansion with a lovely spacious garden 3 minutes away from the train station, 10 minutes from Amsterdam and the Zaanse Schans. You sometimes imagine yourself in the countryside because even though you are in the middle of the center of Zaandam, the birds wake you up in the morning and because of the non-existent street it is wonderfully quiet. A few minutes away you are on the Dam of Zaandam and with the Zaanse Schans and Amsterdam around the corner, you can go all the way.
