Το σπίτι είναι 60 τ.μ. και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει με πάρα πολύ μεγάλη άνεση 4 - 5 άτομα. Το καλντερίμι ακριβώς μπροστά εξασφαλίζει μοναδική ησυχία χωρίς να στερεί την άμεση πρόσβαση. Υπάρχει Χώρος στάθμευσης ακριβώς απέναντι από το σπίτι και το κέντρο της πόλης είναι 3-5λ με τα πόδια.

Fully remodelled stone house in the lower edge of the village of Merkada, surrounded by pure nature with unlimited view of the Sperchios valley to the sea and beyond. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The house has two independent floors, the one available is the 1st (ground) floor. It consists of a studio-like space with double bed, furniture, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Everything is brand new. With foldable bed/inflatable mattress 1-2 more guests may fit nicely.

In a ten-acre area with fruit trees on a hill with panoramic views, there is an elevated stone-built newly built autonomous villa of fifty-five sqm, which is just seven hundred meters away from the center of Karpenisi. It is equipped with all amenities including autonomous heating and private parking. It can accommodate up to three adults.

The first floor apartment has a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.

Our cozy guesthouse on the foothills of Velouhi mountain, has been recently renovated and can host 2 to 6 people comfortably. The 70sq m open space can be ideal for a couple, a family of 3 or 4 but even for a group of 5 to 6 friends, offering all the comforts for an enjoyable stay.
