Aurora Medieval House - Granaio

Historical Medieval House,located in the Heart of Sermoneta,in one of the most famous street near the Caetani's Castle. The loft is on the last floor.It is equipped with a kitchenette,queen Size Bed and a well furnished bathroom with shower.At disposal of our guest a terrace with a beautiful view.Sermoneta is very close to Ninfa's Garden,Sabaudia beach,Sperlonga and Terracina.If you want to make a daily trip to Rome,Naples,Florence, the train station is just 10 minutes driving from the house.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

The house has recently been renovated to a high standard and is located within the historical centre of Artena, a beautiful ancient village perched high on a hill. Artena is approximately 40 kilometres from Rome. This outstanding area is suitable for those who wish to experience the true meaning of 'peace and quiet' while enjoying the breathtaking PANORAMIC views of the surrounding open vistas and these can be enjoyed from the property also!

This place has a strategic location, in the center of Genzano di Roma. It is 300 m from the bus by Roma metro Anagnina and by Ciampino airport. A few minutes from the beautiful Lake Nemi and in the heart of the regional park of Roman castles. The accommodation is full of sculptures, drawings, oils and ancient and hillside objects. Furniture made by my custom dad 2 double bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a small terrace, sofa bed and all amenities.
