Nice 17 m2 room, equipped with all comforts except air conditioning: kitchenette , washing machine, office/dining area..., I am located in a residential and very quiet area. I have a dedicated parking space and a separate entrance, as well as a private terrace. Located only 18 km from Aix and 20 km from Marseille, 11 km from the airport and 20 km from the Tgv d 'Aix train station, 30 minutes from the beaches of the Côte Bleue... Car highly recommended

the house (60 m2) on the ground floor, located in a cul-de-sac, with stunning views of the Berre pond, suitable for a couple with 2 children or 3 adults. 2 terraces where you can sit for breakfast or meals: one at the entrance of the cottage, the other at the back. your car will be parked inside the garden enclosed by a gate. we live in the adjoining house, but we assure you of our discretion.
