Entire house near lake, restaurant and Borås

The house is located in the charming community of Dalsjöfors, 15 minutes from Borås city center. The accommodation is newly renovated. 1 km to a beautiful lake where you can swim, fish & barbecue. Within walking distance (5 minutes) you will find an award-winning tapas restaurant, pizzeria, grocery store and bakery. In the community, there are also tennis courts, paddle tennis courts, bathhouses, a walking path around the lake with several barbecue areas. In the basement (older standard) there is an additional toilet, shower and washing machine. Bed linens and towels are always included in the price.

Beautiful accommodation with lake, fishing and close to Gekås

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Villa Folkestorp is located in Älvsered on a small hill with forest and meadow land as the nearest neighbor. Here, the calmness and silence comes here in addition to some birdsong and occasional woodpecker. In our forest there are good opportunities to see both moose and deer, etc. Our swimming lake can be reached by walking 400m on a forest road and then the water, rowing boat, fishing and comfortable swimming are waiting for you. With nice trails for hiking. Only 15 minutes from Gekås in Ullared.

Enjoy in this peaceful, newly renovated house with forest and hiking trails close to the plot. In walking distance there is a lake with swimming area and possibility to rent a boat for, for example, fishing. Rental of boat and fishing license is purchased in the restaurant at the rest area by the lake. 5-10 min from Borås city center 5-10 min from Borås golf course 10-15 min from Borås Zoo 50 min from Liseberg 1 hour 10 minutes from Ullared. In Sweden you can hike freely in the forest and nature but do not go into private plots.

The farm is perched and beautifully situated in the village of Vasared, outside Ulricehamn. It is located in a beautiful hilly nature about 500 meters from Dammsjön and about 2 km from Lake Åsunden where it is possible to swim, fish and there is a boat for rent. 9 km away is Ulricehamn's picturesque small town idyll with cozy shops, cafes, restaurants and a very nice boardwalk. Up in the pasture overlooking Näs Herrgård and Nässjön is Villa Näs. A modern home in a rural and scenic setting. The house that is secluded has a large and lovely garden with sun all day. In the pastures around the house, there are grazing animals in the summer. A few steps away is Nässjön which offers fantastic swimming.
