The house is located on a fenced farm. It overlooks a lake, a pine forest and the Serra da Estrela, in a natural setting of great beauty. It has the right amenities for a few quiet days, with air-conditioning and electric heating, a refrigerator, a microwave, a small induction stove, an electric coffee maker, a blender, a gas grill and another charcoal grill outside, and a coffee machine (Delta capsules).

The name of our house is due to its large viewpoint located on the top floor of the house, with magnificent views of the symbol of our municipality: La Picota and the old castle attached to the wall that surrounds the village.
