A 20 min walk will take you to Riset where you can catch ferries that take you to downtown Stockholm, or if you prefer to drive you will reach the city in 25 min.

Unique architect designed house in the Stockholm Archipelago, located 35 minutes from Stockholm City. You can get to the house by car, bus or boat. Possibility of a boat place can be arranged. The property offers all the amenities and is something for the enjoyment of life. The house is built 2015 but has only been used for three years and is therefore perceived as brand new. 150 meters to the nearest swimming area. Additional 3 swimming areas available at the island. The island has a steamboat jetty where you can go with the Vaxholm boats into Stockholm. Warm welcome!

The house is 250 sqm divided into two floors overlooking the wooden sea and 70 meters down to the jetty for swimming. Peaceful, newly built house of 240 sqm with great views of the sea as well as decorated to really cozy up and hang out in. Large living room, kitchen and dining room in one (about 90 sqm), two more living rooms (one with TV, a craft room). Four bedrooms, one of which is also office. Three bathrooms. Large terrace with many seating areas and hot tub. Blueberry rice and forest in the back and lovely sea views from the front. 150m to swimming, 500m to play/swimming area, 15 km to Vaxholm, 30 km to central Stockholm.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish and luxurious home with access to the sea, beach and jetty. Large spacious plot for play and games 120 meters to common small beach for swimming and playing, quiet peaceful and private. Jacuzzi to enjoy at night. Trampoline and large football goal with safety net ( summer time ) 15 minutes walking distance into the archipelago slope Vaxholm with free car ferry. If you want to take the car, it is 2 minutes to the ferry ( free ) or why not borrow our bicycles.

Ozzy's house in Kummelnäs

Our house is located in a peaceful and scenic setting - close to lake and sea. Ozzy who is a fancy and friendly cat lives in the house during your stay and giving her food morning and evening is included. Kummelnäs is close to the archipelago but also the pulse of Stockholm. Swimming lakes, ferries to the archipelago or the city are within walking distance. The house is located 25 minutes by car from Stockholm city and 30 minutes with bus, respectively. The bus runs about 200 meters from the house.

Unique location. Beach, jacuzzi and close to city.

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Stunning villa 100 m from the ocean in Gåshaga

Beautiful house with wonderful surroundings. Overlooking the ocean from the terrace and two of the bedrooms. The area is great for kids and adults. Within walking distance there are 3 restaurants, ferry to the city and archipelago and train to the city. Two minutes from the house you can swim from the jetty and 10 minutes there is a bath island that is perfect for smaller kids. BBQ at the house. If you want to experience the puls of Stockholm but live in a relaxing area this is the place!

My place has its own bridge with swim ladder and is located close to Velamsunds nature reserve where beautiful jogging or walking can be done. You'll love my place because of the wonderful 180 degree panoramic view of Stockholm's water inlet and a hot tub where all boats can be watched. Also a large garden with large terraces. Newly renovated with open spaces to hang out in. In general light colours. Only 25 minutes away from down town Stockholm with bus connection .
