The detached guest house is located in the rear part of the historic property Hammerschmiede Grafing (built in 1664), located on the Urtel stream. Far away from road traffic, bordering on wide meadows and yet only 1 km to the bustling market square. Supermarket, bakery, organic market - all within walking distance 12 minutes by train from Grafing train station to Munich East train station. And the S-Bahn to Munich from Grafing city. A good place to work, relax, go on trips to the mountains, trade fair...

Conveniently located stylish oasis

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. I use this flat personally to commute. It is set out to live and work when in the greater Munich area. It has a nice and pleasant outdoor sitting area. Great light disposition. Across the street is a supermarket for all your needs. You can easily walk (10 min) to the center of Haar (Leibstrasse) where you find further shops of all needs. Just behind the building is a public swimming pool in case you want to refresh at the end of a warm summer day.

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
