The apartment is idyllically located overlooking the Ebersberg Forest. Trade fair visitors can drive to the Riem trade fair in about 12 minutes. It is fully furnished, fully equipped, and bed linens and towels are included.

To the s bahn station line 4 and 6 only 10 minutes walk and you can find there all the cafes, supermarket, and so on. With the S bahn 25 minutes u are in the city center. Parking is free on the public street. The apartment is specially kids-friendly- a playground at the backyard.

Close to public transport (22 min to downtown Munich or 30 min to the October festival) or 15 minutes by car to the convention center. The S-Bahn to Munich (runs every 20 minutes) is within walking distance (10 minutes), travel time: 25 minutes to Marienplatz, close to the A 99 / A 94. In Poing there is a large wildlife park and a swimming lake, as well as several playgrounds.
