Relax in this unique holiday home with a private pool. Welcome to this lakefront idyll! A very appealing community house with parmanence standards. The house consists of a welcoming hall, soothing bedroom, fresh bathroom, stylish kitchen as well as a pleasant living room with warming fireplace machine as well as exit to the honest, south-facing wooden covered patio. There is plenty of room for both relaxation and lovely community. The main building is 55 sqm and the guest house of 20 sqm. The property is 1750 sqm.

Our lovely guest house greets you warmly! In the sleeping loft awaits a comfortable double bed (180x200) as well as an extra bed (120x200). The outside area, just outside the door, is newly built and perfect for breakfast enjoyment. A spacious saltwater pool awaits below, inviting for refreshing swim. The city center is an easy 10-minute walk away, with lush wetlands, football fields and picturesque walking paths within only 5 minutes walking distance. A cozy floor house with SPA and many social areas,close to large beach. Perfect hangout for small, medium sized families or couples with possibility to barbecue and enjoy the Swedish summer or try the jacuzzi with steam room in winter. The house is a year-round accommodation with several excursions in the nearby area and one of Mälaren's large beaches just below. Restaurant is reached in a two-minute walk. Amazing location in the middle of the "Färnebofjärden", with wonderful views of the Dalälven River. The compound is privately located at the end of the street with no neighbors. The property consists of several smaller houses, a private hottub, a swimspa, and sauna and is located immediately by one of Östa Stränder beaches. The houses are all beautifully renovated and decorated. This location is great for a family or two or a bigger group. Tranquility is a fact once you arrive.
