Pieteetillä remontoitu kaksio (45m2), jossa makuuhuone, olohuone, keittokomero, kylpyhuone ja parveke. Sunila on Alvar ja Aino Aallon suunnittelema ainutlaatuinen metsälähiö. Asunto on hissittömässä terassitalo Päivölässä, joka on valmistunut 1939. Kotkan keskustaan on noin 13km ja Karhulaan noin 3km. Asunto on remontoitu mahdollisimman alkuperäiseen asuun, ja se on kalustettu kiertotalousperiaatteella pääosin Aaltojen suunnittelemilla kalusteilla. Tekstiilit pesemme hajuttomilla pesuaineilla.

2023 aloittanut vierashuoneemme odottaa sinua vierailulle rauhalliseen Valkon kylään Loviisassa. Kahdelle hengelle sopiva huoneisto omalla sisäänkäynnillä. Tyylikäs keittiö, makuuhuone ja kylpyhuone ovat juuri remontoitu. Auton saat pysäköityä aivan vierashuoneen viereen. Valkon upea luonto ja meren läheisyys mm uimaranta lähellä, mahdollistavat monipuoliset ulkoilu ja liikuntaharrastukset. Meille voi tulla vaikka meloen. The main house has sleeping capacity for four people. In addition, a separate heated garage with a granary for 2 people. Great outdoor activities, kayaking and fishing! The nearest shops are about 12 km away. The yard of the cottage can be reached by car all year round. No smoking and no pets indoors.
