There are extra mattresses as well as a guesthouse and sauna building with extra shower and toilet. Fiber is available that allows it is also a great fit to work from here. Close to nature plot with grass lawn for summer activities. About 150 meters to the dock, a motorboat for fishing and swimming, and a kayak for 2 people. Lovely 4.5 km running track around Björsund. Villa Gurli was built in 1912 and has undergone an extensive renovation in the last year to regain its former glory. With a private jetty/marina, it is also possible to get here by boat. The accommodation is about 1 hour by car from Stockholm on beautiful Selaön, with proximity to both nature and rich wildlife. About 15 minutes away are both Strängnäs and Mariefred.

There is a bedroom/living room, kitchen, bathroom and your own balcony with a view to our garden. The apartment is equipped with everything you will need for both short and long stays. There is a double bed (140 cm) and a sofa bed with room for two, that are in the same room.

The cottage is located on our farm with nature around the corner, in the middle of a historic environment, eight minutes by car from the city center and with off-road trails for hiking, running or MTB biking outside the door. In the yard, besides us, there is a dog and two cats. In summer, there is a trampoline, board games in the garden and a small barbecue and patio in a pergola.
