Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

You will simply have access to the various activities offered by the surroundings such as sled dogs and skiing, with the resorts of Font d 'Urle and Col de Rousset nearby (10 minutes). The accommodation is on the second floor of our house, but independent and including all the comforts needed.

It took us 1 year of work to restore all the charm to this (very) old stone building where we took up residence, and where we reserved an independent space to create, with love, the Gîte des Nines! Quality materials, new amenities, etc... Less than a 10-minute walk to the village with all amenities. Frequently asked question, what to provide for coffee? Apartment at the gates of Vercors

Our spacious and completely renovated apartment will seduce you with its style mixing old and Scandinavian style. In the center of the village of Pont-en-Royans, you will find all amenities a few meters away as well as access to swimming in the Bourne. Hiking lovers will be able to discover the Vercors. For the more athletic, you will find the Presles climbing site, the Villard de Lans ski resorts and the Corrençon golf course a few km away.

Indeed, just 5 minutes from the city center by bike (on loan with basket and padlock), on the edge of the forest, the house is located in an exceptional natural environment, with an unobstructed view of Die and its mountains! We will be happy to meet you and advise you on the various activities of the region (swimming, departure of hiking from home...etc ).

Hamlet house in the Quint Valley

Hamlet house located in the beautiful Quint Valley, 15 minutes from Die. You will appreciate the calm, the swimming areas, the walks, the local producers... The house consists of a living room on the ground floor, a bedroom and a reading-game area (with 1 bed for 2 people) overlooking a small terrace on the 1st level. Outside, you can enjoy a terrace that is highly appreciated in summer.

Welcome to the Pègues studio, between countryside and mountain. Come and recharge your batteries for a stay. You will be welcomed in a small warm chalet, fully equipped next to a renovated old farmhouse with views of the Vercors and the Royans. The Owl's Lair

Studio entirely made by us, which is located on the ground floor of our house. It is completely independent and you will have your own entrance. In summer you will appreciate being able to enjoy the courtyard which is for your exclusive use. And in winter, you can hibernate at the foot of the stove!
