Cozy apartment with view - 120 m from the slopes

Coeur station – 120 m facing the snow front, at the ESF and Eyssina – South Facing. Our apartment is cozy, arranged in duplex - Small cottage atmosphere. On the ground floor: Living room and sofa bed with excellent bedding (140 × 200). Upstairs, a mezzanine offers 3 sleeping spaces separated by openwork partitions. - Parent space in the center: A 140 x 190 parent bed - 2 children's spaces on both sides: 2 children's beds 90 x 200 The mezzanine is sloping, so the height is limited.

The apartment is on the ground floor facing south, next to the Cité Vauban, a 5-minute walk from the shops. The sunny apartment is very quiet with a large garden and a beautiful wooden terrace. It is functional and charming. This apartment is ideal for a couple. We are served by public transport (TGV shuttle stop and city bus 3 minutes away. Our green garden is relaxing. We offer a parking space exclusively reserved for the apartment.

This family apartment is located on the slopes and close to all amenities in the Albane residence in Vars. Point Show side is the best location in the resort to enjoy the mountain in summer and winter. Fully equipped, it has all the comforts you need, including a furnished ski room, private underground parking, access to the residence's heated pool, a terrace with unobstructed views of the slopes and the forest.

Apartment of 40m2 furnished 3 stars , ideal for a family, located on the 2nd floor without elevator of a sought-after residence in Vars les Claux. Ski-in/ski-out with access to the SIBIERES TS as you leave the SKI room. 1 min from the show point and all its shops, restaurants, ESF , Les Escondus... Parking possible in the residence but depending on the world. Private wifi in the apartment.
