In the grounds of a turreted 15th century château - featured in a number of homes & interiors magazines - this beautifully converted, spacious, former stables is set in glorious gardens with views over our 10-acre truffle orchard. Full of character and charm, thick local limestone stone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during the colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining and has an uninterrupted view of the gardens.

Ideally located with magnificent views of the Loire from the balcony, the apartment is close to the restaurants and bars of Place Saint Pierre as well as its Saturday morning market and the "La Loire à Vélo" route. Located 900 m from the banks of the Loire, Le Trinquet is a spacious and fully equipped charming house, ideal for family vacations or stays with friends. A true ode to relaxation in the heart of the Loire Valley, the cottage is located in a quiet area and has a private, enclosed plot with a wooded garden and not overlooked. Thanks to its 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and its vast living rooms, the house is ideal for both adults and children :)

L'Ecole Buissonnière (pool, air conditioning, parking)

In an old school, we installed a loft in the middle of Saumur. Overlooking a wooded courtyard, you can enjoy 3 bedrooms (2 adult bedrooms and 1 bedroom for 4 children), a large living room and a bathroom. You will also have access to an adjoining classroom in which we have created a 3 m x 3 m indoor pool, heated with counter-current swimming. You'll have the option to park 2 vehicles in the yard.

Le Clos Pommier

At the confluence of the Loire and the Vienne, Clos Pommier is a haven of peace. This tastefully restored former tuf barn will seduce you with its enclosed garden, large living space on the ground floor, bathroom and three small adjoining attic bedrooms on the upper floor accessible by an external staircase.
