Our pretty 130 m2 Normandy house in the countryside, renovated in 2020, will welcome you for a vacation with friends and family. This bright cottage with fireplace and private garden is located on our 1 ha property. Located 5 minutes from the expressway, 10 minutes from Dieppe and 30 minutes from Rouen, it will allow you to visit the main tourist attractions very easily. Plus we are 10 minutes from the beaches. Ideal location : you just have to cross the park to reach the sea facilities (beach, fishermen, kids playground, parking lot, ...) The village itself has been elected "one of the most beautiful villages in France" in a famous TV show. All the houses stick to the reputation and all have roses in front of them. The house itself is small (small bedrooms) but perfectly located. The dining room is oriented due-west so you can enjoy the sunset on the sea every night.

The sea is a stone's throw away (30-minute walk, 2 km drive) and beautiful walks on foot or by bike will allow you to discover the Pays de Caux (GR21, marked trails).
