Located 4 minutes from the E4 and ten minutes from Umeå city center. 7 minutes to a big shopping mall. Bed linens and towels are not included but can be rented for SEK 150 per set during your stay. If so, just let us know in the booking. Payment is made after check-out via the Airbnb app. The accommodation does not have a kitchen but access to a coffee machine, electric kettle and a microwave oven.

Bed linens and towels and some coffee are included. 1.5 km from E 12 in the village with Sweden's second longest birch alley. Close to the nature reserve Brånsjön, the ski slope Middagsberget, 4 km to central Vännäs and 30 km to central Umeå. Buses within walking distance. Animals are in the yard but the farmhouse is allergy-friendly, no animals stay there. Internet via WiFi for video calls is available.

Farmhouse of 30 square meters right by the water in beautiful Stöcksjö. The guest has the whole house at their disposal. The house houses integrated kitchen, hall and living room overlooking the lake. In the house there is also 1 bedroom and 1 WC. Wifi is available. On the farm there is a separate sauna with shower and toilet. In the area there are several beaches, barbecue areas and nice forest trails. In winter there are ski tracks on the lake and an ice guard for winter swimming . An idyll only about 10 minutes drive from Umeå.

Welcome. This cottage built in 1894 has been carefully renovated to a cosy guesthouse on 30m2 for 5 people. A cottage with the comfort of modern people of today but still with the atmosphere of back in the old days. This is tho cottage for you if you like to visit a traditional Swedish house, and like a place to relax. But here is also many possibilities for activities. It is also walking distance to Bölesholmarna via Lundabron where there is access to the swimming area. Welcome!

We have tried to create a home where you will feel at home! Thanks to generous spaces and amenities such as a washing machine, dishwasher and A/C, it also allows you to stay for longer periods. The apartment consists of the entire upper floor of our villa. Enjoy a good night's sleep in your own apartment upstairs in this quiet villa area! With the bus around the corner, you can quickly get to the city or the university.
