An atmospheric log cabin in your own peace. The cottage has no running water or electricity, so you can get a genuine break from everyday life. The cabin is equipped with a gas-powered refrigerator and stove, as well as a generator that makes it easy to get water for the sauna. The cottage is in good condition and there is a recently built shed next to it, with a composting toilet inside. Creaking wooden floors, wood-heated fireplaces and sturdy log walls. In the over 100-year-old Pihlaja-aho cottage, you might think you've fallen into the middle of a scene from a Suomi-Film movie. So if you're looking for an old-fashioned rustic atmosphere, you've come to the right place. Pihlaja-aho's cabin is the only place in Finland where you can spend a unique alpaca holiday. The 1.3 ha of natural meadows of the croft are grazed by three nice alpaca boys, whose easy care you are responsible for independently and according to your own schedule.

It is easy to relax in this unique and peaceful vacation resort. The bright and spacious cabin offers a 180-degree view of the lake, where you can see a pair of otters frolicking on the lake. You can also see a beaver family playing around in the nearby area. The separate sauna building also offers a beautiful view of the lake. TAIGA KALLIORANTA A small, self-catering luxury cottage of 30 m², open year-round, in the quiet of Vääräjärvi between Mäntyharju and Ristiina. A peaceful retreat for couples, for remote work or for a creative break. There are no roaring cars or neighbors here; instead, you are surrounded by pine trees, a lake, and a rocky shore. A typical Finnish cottage (55.8 sq.m) was built in 1972 and completely renovated in 2014, preserving the authentic atmosphere. The nearest shop or gas station is 25 kilometers away. We live behind the forest 200 meters from the cottage all year round. The location of the cottage is unique in that, on the one hand, you feel complete freedom and privacy, on the other hand, we are always around and ready to help and communicate if you wish. Our plot and garden are always open to our guests.
