Between the sandy beach and Villa, there is a lawn where you can play frisbee golf, petanque, and other outdoor activities. The lake landscape is visible from the living room, porch and sauna. At the back of the villa there is a summer kitchen recess with a Weber gas grill. In winter there is an ice hole.

The cabin is equipped with a gas-powered refrigerator and stove, as well as a generator that makes it easy to get water for the sauna.
