This quiet house located at the edge of the forest will bring you a sense of well-being as soon as you arrive! It is 10 minutes from Aubenas (a must-see visit to its castle and from July 6, 2024 opening of the Contemporary Art Center) and 30 minutes from Vallon Pont d'Arc (Chauvet Cave). This old barn dating from the 15th century was a silk factory! With an area of 75 square meters, it is composed of a large living room with open kitchen, sitting area with sofa bed, wood-burning stove..., and upstairs a large bedroom with bathroom. Very bright 165 m2 house on a 2500 m2 plot overlooking a beautiful Provençal village with panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. The house is very comfortable with 4 beautiful bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a full kitchen (slicer, Thermomix TM6…) The place is extremely quiet with a distant neighborhood without disturbance, please also respect the tranquility of the village, especially in the evening.
