Rustico very cozy, simple, and warm.

Il rustico Desy è una casa Ticinese del 1500. Possiede una sala, la cucina, la toilette, una cantina delle derrate alimentari originale, dalle scale si passa a due stanze rivestite in pino. Una doppia matrimoniale separata da una porta una stanza tripla. La casa si trova in uno spazio immerso nel verde a due passi dalla piazza. È costeggiato da un simpatico riale, che accompagna l’ospite quasi in un rituale mantra quotidiano. Qui relax, spensieratezza , avventura, sono all’ordine del giorno !

Those who stayed in this Rustic in the heart of Roseto, Val Bavona, fell in love with the House and wanted to buy it! Surrounded by greenery with a river a few meters away. At night, silence allows for complete regeneration and you can see the stars very well. The house is currently lit with candles! It features two rooms with 3 single beds, a small gas stove, a fireplace, and a wood-burning stove. Inside the house is the toilet. Outside a garden shower.

The house is located in the heart of the old village of Bignasco, surrounded by typical 16th-century houses and cobblestone streets. Composed of a ground floor with kitchen, dining room - living room and fireplace. On the first floor we find the bedroom with the double bed and bathroom with shower. Possibility to use the laundry room. Great starting location for those who love hiking in the mountains and in the magnificent valleys that surround it.

The cozy apartment is in the center of the village, in the square, and is comfortably furnished. You can park your car in front of the house and the bus stop is two minutes away. From the living room, through a French window, you can access a terrace with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and the valley. In the garden, with a typical granite fountain, there is a sofa with a small table and a dining table with chairs.

There are a number of hiking opportunities around the village. The caravan is simply furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom is located outside the caravan ca. 100 m away in a building. Piano di Campo can be reached by bus.
