The cottage has been completely renovated with the charm of the old, it is located on the ground floor of our typical Ardèche stone house. Studio for 2 people with a living room with sofa bed and bright kitchen thanks to its bay window overlooking the Ardèche mountains.

An outdoor terrace provides ample seating with a shaded area from a large umbrella. Comfortable seating arrangements and a dining table are visible on the artificial grass surface. A barbecue grill is situated nearby, enhancing the outdoor experience.

Accommodation by the Besorgues River, you will enjoy country living. And for the adventurous, hiking, canyoning, climbing, mid-mountain lakes.

Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

Apartment with terrace, in the heart of the medieval village of Balazuc, label "the most beautiful villages of France". Great for 2 people. In a stone house (that of my ancestors), whose foundations are from the 13th century. The rental allows me to finance the rest of my amenities. My property is close to the Ardèche river. You'll love it for the views, the decor, and the pebble alleys. In summer, I prefer one week stays from Saturday to Saturday.
