Delizioso appartamento arredato con cura, in stile etnico, provvisto di ogni comfort, in un casolare appena ristrutturato secondo i principi della bioedilizia, immerso nella macchia mediterranea del più bel versante dell'isola d'Elba, con vista mozzafiato sull'arcipelago toscano e sulla Corsica, a 250 m sul livello del mare, dominante la spiaggia di Cavoli. L'appartamento è composto di soggiorno con angolo cottura e divano-letto per due persone, camera matrimoniale e bagno con doccia e ampio spazio esterno attrezzato per pranzare e prendere il sole. Il luogo è raggiungibile con una strada sterrata di 2,5 km dal paesino di San Piero in Campo (fin dove arrivano i mezzi pubblici), distante pochi minuti di macchina dalle spiagge più incantevoli dell'isola (Cavoli, Seccheto, Fetovaia) e dal centro turistico e commerciale di Marina di Campo. E' consigliabile disporre di un mezzo proprio. La casa è immersa nella tipica macchia mediterranea alternata a grandi e suggestive scogliere di granito. Il grande giardino è recintato, contiene un orto e un uliveto. Non vi sono altre abitazioni nei dintorni. Intorno alla località si snodano i più suggestivi sentieri per gli amanti del trekking e della mountain bike. Ideale per chi è in cerca di silenzio, relax, aria pura, e ama la natura e i luoghi un pò speciali. I padroni di casa potranno aiutarvi per ogni evenienza e perplessità. You can reach the place through a 2,5 Km dirt road from San Piero in Campo,where pubblic transport ends,and from where ,in few minutes by car you can get to the best beaches of the island (Cavoli,Seccheto,Fetovaia etc.),and to the touristic and service centre of Marina di Campo. It's better to have your own car or motorbike(you can rent it anywhere on the island). The house is surrounded by the typical mediterranean bush scattered with huge granite cliffs. The large garden has an olive grove and a vegetable garden. The place is secluded and there are no other houses in the surroundings. It's an ideal place for trekking and mountain biking and lovers of relax,peace,nature and special places. Your host are ready to help for any need and request.

Monolocale in pieno centro appena ristrut. e arredato con ingr. indip. aria condiz., lavatrice,Smart tv,perfetto per una vacanza rilassante senza spostare molto l'auto. Le spiagge bianche sono raggiungibili a piedi in 15 minuti,(spiaggia delle Ghiaie) a soli 5 minuti dalle fermate degli autobus e dal servizio navetta gratuito(periodo estivo) per le altre spiagge, ristoranti e attività molto vicini. Dista 13 minuti a piedi dai traghetti,ottimo anche per soggiorni veloci nel periodo invernale.

The Colle Reciso House

Our house is a typical Elban farmhouse located on the hill of Portoferraio with a breathtaking view of the bay, with the port and the historic center. You will be immersed in nature, but not far from the beaches of Lacona, Norsi, Capoliveri, Padulella, Capobianco. Guests have a 6-seater Jacuzzi available from June to September only with good weather conditions. The villa was renovated in 2024.

The Paolina house is a unique environment overlooking a private garden surrounded by mastic and myrtle. The outdoor space is very pleasant to have lunch and relax with the singing of the birds. The Mediterranean scrub that surrounds it and the proximity to the sea make this small property the ideal place for a relaxing vacation. Redinoce 2 minutes and Paolina Beach 10 minutes by foot.
