Pentru rezervările de 1/2 persoane, locuința oferă acces la un singur dormitor și la o baie, restul încăperilor fiind închise, dar nelocuite pe durata șederii! Aceasta locuinta clasica, recent renovata este situata in zona centrala a orasului Tulcea langa Casa Casatoriilor la doar: 2 minut de mers pe jos pana la Centrul Muzeal Ecoturistic, Muzeul de Etnografie si Arta Populara. 5 minute de mers pe jos pana la Muzeul de Arta, Faleza Dunarii. 10 minute de mers pe jos pana la Monumentul Eroilor.
