Casa Isabella: Serenity By The Sea

Casa Isabella is 5 minutes walk from the centre of the the village of Malfa on the island of Salina, one of the seven Aeolian Islands off the north-west coast of Sicily. This two storey house was recently renovated to exceptional standards and restored in typical Aeolian style with a contemporary twist, sleeping two people comfortably. The house has magnificent uninterrupted views over the ocean, including from the double bedroom, the two covered outdoor terraces and the front garden. It is bordered by grape vines on one side, olive trees to the other, and the ocean in front. The double bedroom upstairs has a window overlooking the sea and also views back to Malfa, and has an en-suite bathroom and shower. Downstairs there is a large living area that opens onto a covered terrace which is perfect for entertaining, a modern eat-in kitchen opening to another terrace, and another bathroom with shower and washing machine. The house is minimalist in design with resin floors and new fittings throughout. All bedding and bath towels are supplied (please bring your own beach towels), and the kitchen is fully equipped. The house is fully air-conditioned and also has heating for the colder months, as well as a slow combustion fire-place. The house has television and wifi, but no telephone. Mobile reception is good. The house is a 5 minute walk from Malfa shops and village square, a 10 minute walk to Malfa port and a 15 minute walk to Punta Scario Beach. It has plenty of parking space for a car and/or scooters, both of which can be rented in Malfa. Casa Isabella is perfect for a week, a month or the whole summer season! Minimum stay is 7 nights. Casa Isabella is also our holiday home, and we ask that you treat it as if it were yours. Upon arrival, we will supply a full information guide to the house, restaurants and other sites and services in Malfa, and the surrounding islands. Cleaning fee is €50 and is to be paid in cash directly to the cleaner upon checkout. PLEASE NOTE, THIS HOUSE IS SUITABLE FOR ADULTS ONLY.

Elegant and charming villa fully equipped with wifi, air conditioning and fans, large smart tv, xl refrigerator, expresso machine, microwave. Villa Beatrice is located 7 mn walk from the sea and from the centre of Malfa. It is also possible to rend the adjacent house (Villa Beatrice) to obtain 11+3 sleeps

Punta Scario B

Scario B is an apartment located on the Scario promontory. The house consists of 3 rooms plus 2 panoramic terraces. The entrance is shared with the one of the apartment below, you can access it from a shared pedestrian gate and then have to climb a stone staircase that takes you to the first floor of the house where there is one of the two terraces. The property is equipped with a large garden equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, which can be used for guests of both apartments.

A spacious terrace area is enclosed by glass walls, featuring a wooden dining table surrounded by chairs. A comfortable seating arrangement includes a couch and accent pillows. Natural light illuminates the stone wall backdrop, creating a cozy ambiance, suitable for gatherings and relaxation.

The "Attico sul mare" apartment is located in front of the bay of Canneto, 50 meters from the sea and about 100 meters from the pier where the boats for excursions to the other islands depart, bus stop 20 meters away. The Pink House is divided in two independent apartments (see photos Casa Rosa A and B). Each apartment has one double bedroom, a large kitchen/living room with one couch bed and one bathroom with a shower. The apartment B also has one built in mezzanine with a two single beds. The house has been renewed in 2019, but its colors and frames have been kept unchanged just the way they were 100 years ago. You will be assigned Casa Rosa A or B depending on availability.
