Spend a few days in our small oceanfront apartment. It is an open space, where there is no room. Second floor with elevator and stairs, newly renovated. Launch in April 2023. There is a double bed and a sofa that converts into another double bed. Ideal for two people, ask if there are more. The house is in an estate of 2000 m2 totally fenced and for the exclusive use of the tenants. It is not shared with the owners, it is rented for private use. It consists of swimming pool, barbecue, terrace, ecological garden... The pool will be available from the end of May to the end of September. Pets are welcome. Just 30 minutes from the beaches, near Benicassim and 10 minutes from the mountains, near small inland villages that are worth discovering.
