We rent out an apartment in Vålådalen in the Jämtland mountains, in connection with Vålådalens mountain station Here you live quietly and secludedly next to miles of cross-country trails, a smaller downhill slope and endless opportunities for nature experiences with excursion destinations in summer and winter. Activities such as cycling, mountain hiking, cross-country skiing, slalom, mountain biking, swimming in mountain lakes or just relaxing in the mountain environment. If you are car-borne, ski resorts such as Trillevallen, Edsåsdalen and Åre are also within a reasonable distance.

Newly built small cottage located in the heart of Åre village. The price includes bed linens and towels. Induction stove, hot air oven, full-size fridge/freezer, microwave, Wi-Fi via fiber, cable TV, parking for 1 car. For rent for up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. DURING WINTER SEASON, AGE LIMIT IS AT LEAST 25 years, alternatively in the company of a guardian. 25 sqm plus 12 sqm sleeping loft. 150 meters to Åre bakery and ski bus (which goes directly to the VM8). Note: NO PARTIES! Walking distance to the square and the station as well as the airport bus.

Brattland Ski/Bike Lodge Åre (annex) By Sauna

Brattland bike/ski lodge is beautifully located above the E14, about 8 km from Åre village. Car parking is available at the houses. By car, it takes ten minutes to the village. If you want to take the bus, you can get down to the stop at the E14. You can bring skis or snowboards on the bus. In addition to skiing and cycling, you can go hiking, fishing, dog sledding, rent snowmobiles and a variety of other activities. You can go directly from the house to hiking trails and cross-country cycling. If you have any questions, you can call us and ask.

Ottsjö, Årefjällen - with magnificent views!

Cheerful, classic mountain cabin with amazing views of the mountain world! The cottage has a large living room with fireplace and exit to the terrace in a sunny south facing position. The kitchen was replaced a couple of years ago and is fully equipped with a dining table attached, three bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower and toilet. Sauna available. Crib available. Hiking and skiing trails are directly reached nearby. To Åre it is about 25 minutes, Vålådalen about 30 minutes. In Ottsjö village, there is ICA Bua, dog sled, brewery, etc.

Brunkulla II

When you need to get back to the roots and live close to nature! Moose and reindeer do not care about land boundaries and may well greet! In Brunkulla II you live both primitive and comfortable - water you pick up in the creek, hot water you get by heating on the stove - yourself you get hot from carrying the water bucket up the hill! If you want to get really hot, take a wood-fired sauna with portable shower. The cottage has three beds - 1x120cm, 2x90cm and is heated with electricity and/or wood stove! Close to the mountain massif!

Åre Gevsjön cottage with sauna near Åre and Storulvån

Log cabin 55 sqm located by the sandy beach of Gevsjön. With a wood-fired sauna and a great location for those who want to fish in Gevsjön or be close to skiing in Duved, Åre or Storulvån. The cottage is located with a direct proximity to the lake that invites activities all year round. Cooking over an open fire at the cottage's barbecue area is much appreciated by guests. Parking for cars and snowmobiles is available. 10 minutes by car to Duved. 15 minutes by car to Åre village. 30 minutes by car to Storulvån mountain station.

Newly built modern mountain cabin in Ottsjö

Relax with the whole family in this newly built mountain cabin with panoramic views over Ottfjället and Anarisfjällen as a backdrop. There is a double bed, two bunk beds and a sofa bed to make out if you need to. The kitchen is fully equipped. Sauna is available and also a fireplace. Södra Årefjällen's winter and summer path goes right at the property line. Down in the village, about 1 km walk, is Ottsjö Bua, a grocery store where you go food, fishing license and gas.

My place is close to family-friendly activities. You'll love my place because of the atmosphere, the light, the proximity to nature, skiing, fishing and the beach. My place is suitable for couples, families (with kids), and four-legged friends (pets). The accommodation does not include final cleaning, it is available for purchase. Please note that when booking a single (one) night, an additional supervision fee of SEK 300 will be charged afterwards.
