Amazing atmosphere, ski in-ski out, sauna

Ideally located, ski in / ski out, 4 golden eagles classification. Very spacious and subtly decorated, the Lodge can welcome up to 8 guests. It is composed of a spacious living room with corner fireplace, a Master suite with bathroom and an ensuite sitting-room ( desk, sofa bed ), 2 other bedrooms with double or single beds according to wishes, 2 WC. Independant ski-room with shoe-heaters & private garage. On the West facing terrace you will enjoy a lovely Finnish sauna for a relaxing after ski.

The kitchen area features modern, gray cabinetry and a central island with a stainless steel sink. Appliances include an oven, microwave, and coffee machine. A cupboard with glass mugs is visible. Warm lighting highlights the open space, creating a functional area for meal preparation.

The apartment can be setup as either two or three bedrooms for maximum flexibility. The apartment is 200m to the shops + restaurants, and 350m to the pistes, with views over the lake and the mountains. From Val Claret you can access Val d'Isere, the glacier and Tignes Le Lac. Charming renovated 21 m² studio with sunny balcony located in Tignes le Lavachet (5 min walk from Tignes le Lac) in a small very quiet residence on the 2nd floor, close to shops and restaurants. In summer, the resort is very lively with the Bike Park and the Lake. In winter, the ski slope starts just behind the residence, with the lifts (Paquis and Chaudannes) a few meters away, as well as the Lavachet slope for beginners (free ski lift).

Ski-in, ski-out, cosy apartment, now renovated with south facing balcony and panoramic view. It offers everything you need for an exciting holiday (4-5 people). Very well equipped kitchen and a cozy living room. Supermarket, restaurants, bus right in front of the door (parking lot). If you would like bed linen and towels, this costs €20 per person. In summer there is also a heated swimming pool directly opposite.
