We are located 4 km from the village of SEDERON, at an altitude of 1000 m, in the birthplace of the Hautes Baronnies en Drôme Provençale. Chalet of 20 m2 , living room, bathroom, dry toilets, walk-in shower. Mezzanine bedroom accessible by mill ladder Wooden terrace with garden furniture. Garden access. Hiking trails from the house. Paragliding schools 10 minutes away . Very close to Montbrun les bain ( ranked the most beautiful village in France), thermal baths , 20 minutes from the Méouge gorges, Toulourenc gorges. Ballades à Buis les Baronnies..... Paradise for cyclists, Mont Ventoux awaits you.... Provencal market on Sunday morning, heated pool open all summer with snack bar. All local shops in the village: bakeries, butchers, supermarket, tobacco, press , post office, pizzeria bar, restaurant hostel, nursing and physiotherapy practice. You will be conquered by the sumptuous landscapes , the scents of the lavender fields, the calm and sweetness of life ... Room for 2 people, breakfast included. Welcome to my small cottage (bottom of the 26 m2 chalet on the ground floor) at 1100 m altitude located next to the equestrian center of St Geniez and in the middle of beautiful landscapes (geological reserve of the Alpes de Haute Provence, UNESCO site) with the immediate possibility of hiking, horseback riding, geological, mountain biking, paragliding or climbing... As for ping pong, barbecue, petanque, bikes, hammock and deckchairs, that's in the garden! Local producers and river not far from the cottage.

Composed of a small entrance leading to a spacious bathroom, a staircase leads to the living room, followed by a vaulted bedroom. A second staircase leads to the bright kitchen with access to the terraces.

The cottage is close to many villages: Lurs 10 min. away, Forcalquier 15 min. , Gréoux- les-Bains 25 min., Lac d 'Esparon 35 min, Aix- en Provence 40 min ..., and all amenities.

New and spacious home. View of the mountains from the wooden terrace. The apartment located on the ground floor of our house has completely independent access. Not overlooked, free parking. Shops 400 m away, city center 5 minutes away. Note: The access staircase is irregular and has 30 steps including 10 narrow steps. Not suitable for people with limited mobility. We provide bed sheets but please remember to bring your towels.

Chez Corban

This accommodation occupies a former vaulted stable, to which we have added a more modern construction for the development of a kitchen and a bathroom. We tried to bring a warm and poetic atmosphere, using a mixture of stone and wood. Thanks to a large glass door, this apartment is bright. A twenty-minute walk away, you can reach a body of water (in summer). Numerous hiking or cycling trails.
