The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Park couvert à 200m en bas du jardin. Attention : accès par petite allée pavée.

In a quiet area, my place is close to a bus stop that will take you in 5 minutes to the metro. You'll love the interior of my home because of the ambiance, the brightness, and the outside view. The apartment is good for couples, solo travellers, business travellers and families (with kids). Free public parking nearby. 15 minutes' walk from Fourvière Basilica.
