Nice small 4th floor apartment in a not renovated Soviet time house. Near to all Ejmiatsin churches and other sights. View over town to mount Ararat. Shops and other services just around the corner.
“The house is located in the town of Echmi Ajin, 20 minutes drive from the city. The town is also a tourist attraction with many churches, a business hall selling telephone cards, and a bank-changing restaurant. It is a very developed town. The residents in the town are also very friendly. Every time they go to the city by car, they are eager to give orders to the elderly women. The impression is very deep. It is also very convenient to go to the city. There is no bus far from the downstairs. You can go to the central bus station or the opera house directly to the city. The landlord communicated very well and the house was very large and clean. In line with the picture, the landlord also stated in advance that the building was not renovated in the Soviet era, but the interior is perfect, very new, and there are some, there is no impact on us. On the day of Armenia’s Independence Day, the landlord also sent local red wine, thank you.”
Proudly presenting this two bed one and half bath brand new house located in the heart of Echmiadzin. Ten minutes from Zvartnots International Airport and 15 minutes from center of Yerevan. This is one of a kind property you will enjoy your entire stay. Pick your own fresh raspberries between June 1st till July 25th
“This is simply the best place to stay in Armenia. A gorgeous, spacious house with every necessity and modern convenience, in a quiet town with easy access to the airport and Yerevan. Seriously, what more could you want? Arman is a fantastic host, always friendly and helpful, and an all-around great guy. The backyard is an ideal place to relax and look out over the raspberry patch (and Aragats in the distance). We loved our time here and would gladly return in the future.”
1 bedroom apartment with all amenities. With air conditioning, free WI-FI, TV. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The apartment is 10 minutes walk from the metro station.
“A quiet and comfortable apartment in Yerevan. The wifi was fast (20 Mbps), the bed was soft, and the location was reasonable (15-20 minute walk to metro). There is a supermarket nearby (Yeritsyan and Sons) and there is a fantastic BBQ restaurant right next to the apartment. Stop by in the morning to see lavash bread being baked in the UNESCO-protected style. Arman was a fantastic host. He went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable. We would definitely recommend his apartment to anyone visiting Yerevan.”
