Our apartment ‘Rosa Selvatica’ is very cute and cozy. It has a private parking in the gated garden and is located at the second floor (no lift) of a nice building right in the center of the town of Maslianico at only 1 km from Cernobbio (in front of us there’s the bus stop). It’s the right place to stay for every kind of trip you want to make. We are close to everything: lake, mountains, Como, Bellagio, Lugano, Milano, George Clooney’s villa....FOR THE TOURIST TAX SEE THE RULES OF THE HOUSE

Confortevole appartamento, di circa 65 metri, in una casa del ‘700, situata in una tipica stradina del nostro meraviglioso lago, che ha divieto di accesso alle auto. Zona molto tranquilla. Ci si può arrivare in auto, fino ad una distanza di circa 70/80 metri. L La stazione più vicina è quella di Como Lago. In 15 minuti a piedi affrontando una piccola salita sei a casa. Dal suo balconcino potrai godere di una fantastica vista sulla città e sul lago.
