Quiet, peaceful and relaxing describes our newly remodeled homestead. This ranchhouse is designed for activities and has plenty of areas to enjoy. Family-owned, this working ranch is 10 minutes from Garner, 5 minutes from Utopia and 20-ish from Lost Maples. With Garner, Lost Maples State Park, the Twisted Sisters and the Frio river close there's always something fun to do. There are many local eateries, some with live music and lots of fun little shops to check out. Come and enjoy!

Central Heat & A/C along with the large covered back porch will keep you comfortable year around.

Bunker Cove with Pool Near Frio River

Bunker Cove is a family-friendly home close to all the major activities surrounding Concan. The Frio River is only 1.5 mile from the house. Garner State park is only 8 miles. The home will sleep a maximum of 18 people. Each room as it's own dedicated bathroom. It's equipped with a fully furnished kitchen and complimentary linens and towels are provided for your stay. Outdoor activities such as a sand Volleyball, pool, and horseshoes are NOT shared with other guest.

Cozy Sears-Roebuck 'kit' home from 1915 kept true to form with all original windows, doors and fixtures. This classic suite offers great natural light, a comfy queen bed, a dedicated office space, free wifi, a washer/dryer, and full kitchen. It is centrally located in old Uvalde with shopping and dining within walking distance. A couple of minutes walk to the town square, boutiques, and restaurants. 2 min drive to HEB or any other stores to get some supplies!

Hill Country Charm River House

Newly renovated 3 bedroom, 3 Bath, Sleeps 10. Hill Country Charming River Home, sleeps 8 comfortably! This home is nestled on the Nueces River in the Texas Hill Country. The house is located on the edge of the historic town of Uvalde and roughly a 55 minute drive to Garner State Park. A great place to relax after a long day, on the crystal clear Nueces River that runs through the back yard. Private River bank access for guest from the back yard.

Cherokee Oaks - Frio River Haven

All holiday stays require a 3-night minimum. This cabin is a 900 square foot, 2 bedroom - 2 bathroom unit & sleeps 8. It's centrally located in Concan- close to the River, food, concerts, and fun! Enjoy all the same comforts from home, or unplug and relax. Cabin includes Wifi, Netflix, YouTube TV, an Alexa for music, games, fireplace, BBQ pit, and outdoor fire pit. If you're tired of city lights, sit out on the porch and stargaze!
