Located opposite an art studio, close to the lake (15 minutes) and the Romenthal walking route around the corner, it only chirps around the little blue house, which invites you to linger and relax. The free garden in front of the house, the bells that ring from time to time from the Marienmünster or the sound of the wind in the trees make the idyll perfect. Corona free and well disinfected! Enjoy a peaceful stay in our idyllic house with large garden, trampoline, outside sauna & private lake, 20km south of Munich. The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms.
