The apartment is close to the city center 8-10 minutes by tram. Tram 5 goes directly to Liseberg, Universeum, Svenska Mässan, Avenyn, Nordstan. The apartment is located with Delsjöns nature reserve just around the corner,with swimming areas as well as hiking and biking trails. There are several cozy restaurants and smaller shops close to the apartment, in walking distance. Ica Kvantum a few minutes away by car about 2 km. The neighborhood neighborhood next to, Kvarterskrogen Oizo, Ölstugan Tullen Luxury Sushi, Pizza, Thai and other in walking distance.

Enjoy a stylish apartment with hotel feel close to town with great connections! Here you have a chance to rent an apartment that has everything you need close to central Gothenburg. Close to everything - public transport connections (Bellevue), grocery store and gym right outside the door. Serneke arena, Kvibergs ice rink + Kvibergs football fields within short walking distance. In addition, parking is included right outside the apartment. Apartment for 2 people, but possibility to sleep on the sofa for a third guest. Welcome!

Nice apartment with free parking.

Nice apartment with its own entrance in a villa. Modern kitchen, bathroom with a shower and washing machine. Just outside the door is a small patio with nice views of the valley down towards Sävedalen. Private guest wifi is included as well as a TV and a sound system from Sonos. A walk of about 5-10 minutes takes you down to Sävedalen shopping street with various shops and several restaurants. At about the same time, you can reach the bus stop for further travel towards Gothenburg. A taxi to central Gothenburg costs about 150-300 SEK

I denna nyrenoverade lägenhet finns allt ni behöver för en trevlig vistelse i Göteborg. Separat sovrum med dubbelsäng samt bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet medger att ni bor 4personer. Väl tilltaget kök med allt som behövs för att laga såväl frukost som middag. Lägenheten ligger nära stadskärnan med buss på ca 15minuter eller cykel på ca 20minuter. Busshållplats inom 5min gångväg. I närheten ligger en stor park med fina promenadvägar som leder både runt sjöar och bondgårdar. Varmt välkomna.

Calm living in Göteborg

The basement apartment, for you to rent, is a part of our house. It is close(200 m) to a bus stop and the city centre is 15 minutes away(by bus). Our house is close(800 m) to Kviberg multisport center. You can go skiing in the middle of summer in Skidome at the "Prioritet Serneke Arena". We offer a calm living in a Villa area. My family consists of me and my wife and our two cildren. Noise from children is OK for us around the clock, but it is no good for party life.- Welcome!

Fyra sängar med sängkläder och handdukar ingår, strykjärn och hårtork finns. 55 tum Smart TV och gratis WiFi. Egen parkering ingår. Bara 600 meter till matbutik och 250 meter till busshållplats. Husdjur är tyvärr inte välkomna. Tryck på namnet längre ner för att se fler boende jag erbjuder. Scrolla längst ner.

Nya Varvet is a quiet, seaside area located 10 minutes from Gothenburg city. Bus stop is 200 meters from the house and with the bus it takes 10 minutes into Järntorget

Gothenburgs best location

This special place is close to everything, which makes it easy to plan your stay. You can walk to Järntorget in 4 minutes which is a hub where you will find buses and trams to the East and West. Restaurant street 100 meters away. The house is brand new and is located on a quiet street. The view from the apartment is magnificent!
