There were a lot of problems with this place. AC stopped working and it took me over an hour to find anyone that worked at the place that could move me to another room. The bathtub seemed like nobody had used it in ages, I needed to fill it and drain it several times before I wanted to actually get in. And on the last night of my stay the police raided and seized the hotel and kicked me out and I needed to find a new place to stay in the middle of the night.

Muy bonito hotel, cómodo; lugar excelente para descansar y muy cerca de las ruinas de Chichén Itzá.

Sin duda es recomendable quedarse en este hotel, tiene muy bonita vista, ubicación, excelente servicio y comida exquisita.
