This property, which is 2 separate houses, worked perfectly for our weekend trip! With a large group of couples, it can be hard to find places where each can have their own room. This house has plenty of space, the outdoor areas are awesome, and there are plenty of bathrooms! Samantha was an incredible host and provided many helpful details. She was very responsive and kind before and during our stay. I was a little hesitant to book this property since it was new with no reviews, but I noticed Samantha had a super host rating. It quickly became obvious that she has really earned her great ratings!! Additional things that made our stay so great were the well stocked kitchens (dishes and spices!), large fridges, reliable wifi, plenty of towels, clean bathrooms, multiple adjustable AC units, ceiling fans in most bedrooms, beautiful hill country view, and it was nice not having any neighbors too close by! This place would also work great for families with kids thanks to all the extra beds.
