Kyla’s place was perfect to stay at while in town for a Ducks game. It’s an easy walk to campus and to Autzen. Everything was so clean and labeled very well. Kyla also provides a very detailed book that let us know about any quirks we might encounter!

We enjoyed our stay here while visiting my son at U of O. The location was perfect in terms of convenience to the university and it was also very close to Hendricks Park which was an absolutely beautiful place to hike or run. I would definitely stay here again. The only negative thing I can report is that you can hear noise from the upstairs’s guests.

Convenient and safe location next to the University. Host was accommodating and responsive. Carpet needs to be cleaned or changed and showerhead had a leak so water pressure was low. Doors are all slightly warped so tough to open and close. No convenient outlets on one side of the queen bed. No full kitchen but good amenities to make coffee or tea. There was a Keurig in the room, but no pods for it. Beds are comfortable and clean. Lots of small thoughtful items in the place. Walls are thin, …you can even hear most everything in the upstairs loft. Overall, the whole place could use a lot of touchups to make it stand out more for the price you pay but, it worked for what we needed to move our son to school.

This is a lovely home. Perfect for our visit. The kitchen was maybe the best appointed of any air bnb I’ve stayed in. I enjoyed relaxing on the porch watching the sunset.
