This was the second time in a row that we stayed at Sue’s place, which says a lot since we rarely go to the same place twice. So a big thank you to Sue for hosting such an enjoyable rental.

She was an incredible host and her place was AMAZING!!!! We have two kids (2.5 and 3 months) and the location literally could not be beat! Right on the ocean for easy access with the kids and the perfect walking distance to the kiddie pool and splash pad.

Sue’s place was also stocked with a few kids toys and lots of kids books which our toddler LOVED.

Sue was also incredible and proactively reached out to me to get everything sorted and provide local restaurant recommendations. She also was incredibly responsive when my dad needed access getting into the community.

What a stay! The pictures do not do Sue and Steve’s place justice. The condo is extremely spacious and comfortable. It is free of unnecessary knickknacks, so I wasn’t worried about the kids breaking things. We felt right at home. It had everything we needed: coffee maker, toaster, ice maker, dishwasher, laundry machines, plenty of towels, sand toys, seating, etc. The A/C works! The water pressure was good too. The view is breathtaking. The beach isn’t crowded. We hardly waited for the elevator. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. It’s a short walk to the pool, but our kids didn’t complain, so it’s not too long (probably 5 min). The grill at the pool is pricey! The kid zone and the splash pad are great bonuses! The beach access is convenient, but we found going down the beach a bit had less coquina rocks in the water. Sue and Steve are by far the best hosts. They are so friendly, accommodating, and care about their guests. They truly get a 100/10 rating as well as their condo!

The condo was wonderful. We especially loved the beach view from the balcony! Sue provided a lot of detail about our stay beyond just check in/ check out instructions. She was very helpful with information about places to eat and visit. She was very responsive to any questions I had before and during our stay. We would absolutely look into booking the same condo in the future!
