ok first I never leave reviews. Terrance place was beyond perfection. Comfortable, quiet, peaceful, clean, the bed was amazing. I will be back.

Terrence’s place was absolutely perfect for us! He was very responsive and the place is super cool with extra touches integrated by the host. The shower head was the best I’ve had in all of my stays including hotels! Terrence was able to accommodate an extra need for us. 5 stars and VIP service all the way around. We’ll stay here every time we come to work in Sacramento if it’s available! The neighborhood was very safe, nice
community with happy people and folks walking their dogs in the evening hours. Also, the host has 2 charging stations near the bed that charges any type of phone and they work quick!! This place is a true gem!

This place was beautiful and comfortable! The bathroom was a dream, black and white themed with a relaxing shower head. The LED lights were next level as well as the built in fireplace in the TV stand. Will definitely be back!!! :)
