Jessica was very responsive and helped with our unusual situation. The place was very clean with the exception of dirty dishes which were from the other tenant.

Male tenants would leave toilet seat up. The mattress looked comfy but seemed as if it would flatten down after time. Clean carpet areas, nice neighbors, street area was quiet, and plenty parking.

The stay was very smooth, and Jessica was communicative and responsive. The room is comfortable and you have all the amenities you need.

Jessica is a great host, accommodating, prompt with responses and very helpful. Highly recommend to any traveler!
