Overall I like the house itself.
Pros - The entertainment spaces downstairs kept he kids busy for hours. The open living area upstairs was great. The bedrooms all together is another plus as we have little children who shared a room. Space felt clean overall.
Cons - Outdoor space is not as nice as in pictures outdoor furniture should be clean and usable but looks neglected as does the hot-tub. Some arcades don't work but most do. Needs deep cleaning, we felt that appliances (coffee maker, toaster etc) should have been spotless. Other areas of the house, behind dressers, inside closets and drawers need to be cleaned thoroughly to make this space a 5 star space.
Notes - Beds are really tall! - keep in mind for little ones.
