Had a great experience and well satisfied.

We loved the rental!! Right on the beach, plenty of room, super comfortable beds and lots of kitchen amenities. The only downfall was that the fire pits did not work (after much discussion back and forth to try and troubleshoot) and the freezer did not freeze well at all. Otherwise, we were happy with the house and would stay again!

Great place, great view, great location! But very dated with old furniture and fixtures,
Hasn’t been touched in 20 years. View makes up for this,
But….
Beach chairs and umbrellas are not included with condo!
Parking is not included with condo so have to pay for parking.
Dishwasher packets not included.
No extra toilet paper.

Don’t rent from Southern Vacation Rentals. Communication is terrible. No one will even tell you their name or location.
They send many texts from many different numbers asking for information already provided. There is no teamwork and no one knows what the other person has done.
When you ask them for something….they just say the owner doesn’t provide this for the condo.
Feel like they are just trying to wring every last dollar out of you. Won’t be staying with them again.

Be warned when booking! They don’t make this information public prior to booking!! The place has gorgeous large windows around the whole condo which is gorgeous, but makes it very hot inside the whole place. They also have a lock on the thermostat that doesn’t allow you to go under 70 degrees. They claim it’s due to past problems with the hvac system triggering a shut off. For the price of the stay, they need to pay to properly maintenance the system then. It was uncomfortably HOT!! We stayed in October when it was 75 degrees out. I can’t imagine what this place would feel like in July at 98 out. We reached out and they told us they weren’t doing anything about it and would not refund our stay to let us go find somewhere else due to it not being a “liability concern”. They left out pertinent information about the rental. Would not recommend.
