Very easy and stress free

Cape Cod is an amazing place! Many travel here for summer fun. I came on business at Christmas time. No car. I've moved around via public transit and bike for ten years. So airbnb is obv great. But, this busy area is doing a very poor job w/ public transit. Daria did note that house was not near public transit. But it actually is 11 min. down the street from a bus rte. It comes up on transit app. I checked w/ bus company by phone to confirm. I waited for it. It just never came. Futher, even the locals told me they've given up on it. This is a federally funded service. Reliance on shared cars is expensive here. I would rather spend that money downtown. Such an incredibly popular destination should do better. Would have been SO helpful.

Room fees seemed high considering 4pm check-in, amenities in kitchen are few and winter. I only used the bath sink since no shampoo was found. Awesome cat. Beautiful deck, backyard and pine trees!

Host, Darya, is exceptional! The room is cozy, we had the bathroom to ourselves, the place is welcoming, quiet, has interesting art, is exceptionally clean, and importantly, close to route 28 and highway making this a very convenient start point to all locations on Cape we needed to get to. Darya was very kind, helpful, and ensured we had everything needed. We enjoyed our stay and felt like at home and welcome. Highly recommended place for value. Mr. Simon (cat) was very sweet as well, friendly but keeping a polite distance like a true co-host :) We certainly would love to stay here again.
